Joe Benn
Joe is an entrepreneur, advisor and investor in the FMCG space with experience both in the UK and USA. He has worked on some of the best disruptor brands of the last 10 years including the likes of Vita Coco, Graze and Tenzing. In 2016 he co-founded Ugly Drinks, taking the brand to global recognition and 8 figure turnover before exiting the business in 2020. Since then he has been advising some of the most exciting start-ups in the CPG space.
Maddie Pogson
Maddie joined from Forward Partners, London-based VC firm, where she helped grow its revenue-financing function 13x. Maddie was selected for the Centre for Entrepreneurs qualification, which she completed after being on the founding team of vegan cookie company (sold to Leon). Previous to this she was in brand marketing in the FMCG space working with BOL, The Coconut Collaborative and BEPPS Snacks after graduating with a Biomedical Sciences degree.
Jake Higgins
Jake provides advisory services to CEOs & CMOs of fast growing businesses. He was the first employee and Head of Growth at fintech company Property Partner, which completed a £16m Series B from Index & Octopus and was sold to US firm Better in 2021. Most recently, he was VP Growth at SPOKE, which closed a £8m Series B in 2019. He was also Head of Growth at Forward Partners, a London-based VC firm, where is he a Venture Partner today. He is an advisor to Carbon13, a sustainability-focused VC based in Cambridge, UK.
